Megan Pawlak

Megan is part of Apeel’s People & Culture team working to instill a fun, productive, and engaging environment. She responsible for constructing and implementing policies and processes in alignment with Apeel’s Mission and Core Values. Megan is currently responsible for Apeel’s multi-day New Hire Orientation. She also spearheads initiatives on HR compliance, global mobility, on-boarding & off-boarding, and employee relations.

Megan possesses a diverse background in Entertainment & Food Service Management, Human Resources, Corporate Recruiting and Academic Employment. She has also worked seasonally at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival as a Venue Manager since 2012. Her educational background is in Fine Arts and Business Management.

When not working, Megan can be found in her kitchen cooking, watching Bon Appetite youtube videos, and enjoying sunny Santa Barbara.
